2012 Pool Schedule for Magnolia Bay Community Pool

All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
Glorious sound views and awesome sunsets grace the living room, dining areas and master bedrooms of this comfortable, well-designed sound front home. Boasting lovely hardwood floors, two very special master suites (one with a Jacuzzi and the other with a large, dual ceramic tile shower). Privacy and peacefulness will draw you back again and again to this delightful home, appropriately named 'Oh, What a View!'
Swim sound front in the 12 x 28' private pool (pool closes for year on October 3), or relax at sunset in the large hot tub. Two master suites, whirlpool tub, Dual ceramic tile shower, 6 TVs including a 42" flat panel, 4 DVD, 4 VCR players, 2 stereos w/CD, digital cable, movie, book, and music libraries, games, bikes, gas grill, outside shower, garage, terraced decking.
Currituck Club amenities include community pools, tennis and trolley service to the beach during the summer months. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Twins, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand and kitchen soaps are provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We enjoyed staying at your home this week. We loved the back yard and pool. The kids especially liked to kayak in the sound just beyond your pool. This was our 1st time in OBX and loved the Currituck Club community…your home is truly lovely.

This is our second stay at "Oh, What A View!" We stayed two weeks this year since we had such a great time last year. We loved everything about your home, the beds are so comfortable, the pool is awesome and your house has every amenity imaginable. We rode your bikes every day, logging about 100 miles on them. We kayaked in the sound and had Pictionary tournaments in the evening. We already reserved our two weeks for 2012. -- Pittsburgh PA

IT WAS AWESOME!! From beginning to, unfortunately, end! Our entire experience was perfect ... from the weather, to the rental and experiencing the Currituck Club. We are already discussing returning next year to "Oh What A View." "One" of us will be celebrating a monumental birthday and, short of going to Hawaii with the husband, cannot think of a better way to do so. :-) We all looked forward to it for so long ... NONE left disappointed.

Your home was the nicest one on the Internet, but when we walked through the front door, BEAUTIFUL! We spent mornings on the beach and afternoons at the pool. We enjoyed the back deck for early morning coffee and late evening sunsets.
