Everyone needs time "Off the Radar" from your normal, busy life. You've earned it! It's time to relax, have fun and enjoy everything that this home, Corolla Light and the northern Outer Banks has to offer. When you leave, we hope that you will feel refreshed and ready to schedule your next visit to the beach!
Located on the northern Outer Banks in the award-winning resort community of Corolla Light, this well kept and designed home is perfect for two families or friends.
Inside you will find two extra spacious master suites each with King beds and private baths, a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds which share a full hall bath. These bedrooms are all on the same level. On the lower level is a recreation room with a game table, stereo, television, DVD/VCR/CD which can double as a fifth bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. This is also where the fully-equipped laundry room is located.
On the upper level is a great room with a spacious family room, dining room and a large well-equipped kitchen that will delight the gourmet chef. There is even a panini maker. With an oversized island that includes seating, a bar sink and icemaker, family and friends will have plenty of room to prepare meals and spend time together. This home includes 4 TVs including a 73" DLP HDTV in the great room, 4 VCRs, 3 DVDs, 3 VCRs, 2 stereo systems with CD, video and DVD library, high speed internet access, premium cable, books, games, port-a-crib, high chair and a Pack-n-Play.
The separate whirlpool tub room just off the two master bedrooms and the outdoor hot tub provide the ideal setting to relax in privacy after a busy day on the beach or the links.
Outside are two screened porches, chairs and loungers on covered and sun decks, front porch, outside shower, fish cleaning station, Weber charcoal grill, cars.covered carport area and large driveway for 2-4 vehicles
Upon arrival at the house you will receive up to 12 Corolla Light Resort ID bands, parking passes and information which will give you access to all of the amenities and activities of the community including preferred golf rates at area golf courses and a weekly 9-hole golf tournament at the Currituck Club golf course during the high season. All bed linens and bath towels are furnished and beds are made prior to your arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Renters will need to place all trash and recycling in the bins outside, and Village Realty will clean the home on checkout day.
Your vacation retreat is convenient to everything that Corolla Light Resort Community has to offer. It's steps away from the indoor sports center, outdoor pool and tennis, the Currituck Sound and one stop away on the express trolley to the oceanfront pool and sports complex.

No smoking. No pets. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, Triple Bunk (3 singles--2 on top & 1 below). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
Corolla Light 2012 Season Opening Dates
•All oceanfront pools will be open from May 26 - October 5
•The soundside pool will be open from May 26 - August 25
•Trolleys will begin limited service on May 26 and increase as the season demands
•Trolley service ends on August 31
•The Ocean Front Grille will be open from March 31 - April 14 and May 26 -TBD
•Scheduled activities will take place from May 28 - August 31
