Description'Numero Uno' is located right on the fairway of the beautiful Currituck Club golf course in Corolla. Featuring a 12' x 30' private pool, hot tub and of course, Currituck Club amenties. This gated commumity gives you several community pools to choose from, as well as tennis, basketball, a fitness area and the convenience of trolley service to the beach during the summer months.
Golf privileges mean reduced greens fees and priority tee times for the enthusiasts in your group. Lots to do in this well equipped home too with multiple TVs, VCRs, DVDs and stereos, and a rec room with pool table. A gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. You can stay connected with high speed (DSL) internet access so don't forget your laptop.
No Pets. No Smoking. Parking for 4 cars.
Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
