This 7 bedroom home in The Currituck Club is ready and waiting for vacationers. Luxuriously appointed and filled with amenities, make plans to spend a week or two here. Golf privileges, private pool (the pool is heated during the weeks of May 3-June 7 and again August 29-October 17), hot tub and excellent views... including ocean, sound and the 11th green of the Currituck Club Golf Course. Disability friendly. Elevator, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, ice-maker, garbage disposal.

Convenience and luxury come together to provide the ultimate vacation retreat. 43' x 15' private pool, hot tub, covered and sun decks. Multiple TVs and DVDs/VCRs, media room, XM satellite radio, fireplace available mid September through the end of April and computer w/high speed internet access. The rec room area features a pool table, ping pong table and air hockey table. A sunroom with a deck and the loft area provide a relaxing escape for napping or catching up on a good book. For outside activities there is a basketball goal and 2 gas grills. You have privileges at the Currituck Club Golf Course, with discounts and priority tee times. Community pools, tennis courts and fitness center also available.

Disability friendly features include bedroom with private bath and 32" entry way. This private bath has a roll under sink, handrails for commode/shower, roll in shower with seat and hand-held shower nozzle.

Baby equipment includes a port-a-crib, high chair and baby gate. Owners have also provided security cameras around the pool area so that parents can watch their children on any TV in the house (please keep in mind this does not replace the need for adult supervision!).

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunks, 1 Standard Bunk. No pets are allowed and the home has a no smoking policy. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

The Currituck Club Pools at the main and north entrances will be open from May 19- through October 8, 2012

Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of CC201 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, a private access to the oceanfront beach, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards, parking and a retail shop.

Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm.

The week flew by and it was incredible! The air temp around 85 or so and the water was perfect! This is our third year at 'Nittany Vista' and we celebrated a '70th' and a '5th' during our stay and officially marked our 15th OBX Anniversary Beachfest! We loved the Pine Island Beach Club and on many days were the sole occupants of sandy real estate and the men enjoyed a round or two of golf! The older kids loved the game room and movie room. We really love the kitchen and eating space for our group of 16. Sadly, some of us loved the study/crow's nest for working emergencies! The decks were well used for morning coffee and many afternoon/evening drinks while watching golfers on 11. The view is so amazing from your house; we are fortunate to have found 'Nittany!!!' This is our 2nd year at your beautiful house! We were having a wonderful week until Hurricane Irene chased us home! We enjoyed our time at Pine Island, loved watching golfers on '11' and had some competitive ping pong games…and, in general, just enjoyed everything this house and Corolla has to offer! We're back!! This was our second year at 'Nittany Vista' and it did not disappoint! We had a great time, as always, and the many conveniences of the house added to our enjoyment. We LOVED being able to go to The Pine Island Beach Club!! There was always ample parking, no matter what time of day, and the short, very accessible walk to the beach made it easy for our older parents to join us which was a nice treat for us and them. Plus, it was like having our own private beach!! Not sure where everyone else was, but we're really glad they weren't there with us, ha! We're hoping that it remains Corolla's best kept secret for a long time!! Being able to use the pool was also great for the days when the ocean was too rough, cold or overpopulated with jellyfish…it enabled us to stay at the beach a lot longer with kids who really wanted to swim!! Thanks to your large home, we had a bed for everyone and we never felt like we were on top of each other (even when we were eating)!
