2012 Community Pool Dates for Villages at Ocean Hill:
Oceanfront Swimming Pool (heated in spring and fall; open from May 19 to September 15, 2012 - weather permitting.)

6 bedroom Outer Banks vacation home in Corolla, on the Soundside. Private pool and hot tub, elevator, Villages at Ocean Hill Amenities including Oceanfront pool, playground and basketball court, tennis. (Fitness center is available for additional fee). Rec Room with pool table, refrigerator and microwave. Theatre room with big screen TV. The Queen bedroom on the mid level has a disability friendly bathroom with 36' doorway, rails for toilet, roll under sink and roll in shower with rails and fold out seat.

Gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, multiple TVs and DVD/VCRs, Stereo with CD. Enclosed outside shower, park grill, beach chairs, sun decks, carport.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Disability Friendly Information is listed below. Beds: 4 King beds, 2 Queen, 1 Twin (located inside bedroom w/ Queen); all with private baths. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

First Level:
Entranceway with a 3" lip into the home, door width 36". Elevator goes to all floors. The top floor elevator entrance dimensions are 40" x 60".
Pool access: Doorway width is through a 28" wide slider with a 4.5" lip. 28" wide gate to the pool and hot tub.

Mid Level:
Queen Master Bedroom is "disability friendly"; 36" doorway, rails for the toilet, roll under sink and roll in shower with rails and a fold out seat. There is also a hand held shower nozzle. Shower lip is 1". Door from the bedroom to deck is 33" wide with a 4" lip.

Top Level:
Open and spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Elevator entrance is 40" x 60". Carpeting and large tiled kitchen.
Kitchen is tiled. Upper level is easy to navigate, there is room in the great room for a wheelchair to navigate. Views from the great room.

Decks:
Doorway width is 27" and lip is 4".
