3 bedroom villa on the Soundside, located in The Currituck Club, Corolla. Community pools & tennis; 2nd Floor corner villa with wrap around decking, overlooking the 11th green of The Currituck Club Golf course. Ocean & Sound views. 4 TVs (with basic cable channels available year-round and an expanded channels package available during the summer months of June, July and August), 4 DVD players, stereo with CD, high speed internet access (available May through October), Game Cube. 2 master suites, whirlpool tub, ceiling fans. The gas fireplace is available mid September through end of April. Elevator for building. Private deck.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed - Dogs and cats welcome. Please adhere to a 2-pet limit per reservation.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Double beds. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Basic cable channels are available year-round and an expanded channels package is available during the summer months of June, July and August.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Corolla Beach vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our Corolla office to reserve partial week stays. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge from May through October. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We love the unit we have stayed in for several years now, "Memories by the Sea" and hope to return next year. It is beautifully furnished, always immaculately clean, and better equipped than any rental we have ever had anywhere.
