Make 'Maritime' your next Outer Banks vacation destination! This gorgeous Sea Loft Village townhome in Ocean Sands community, Section F offers amenities including a pool within the complex as well as community tennis courts and easy beach access by shared boardwalk.

Relax in Maritime's beautifully-furnished living area with wet bar and cathedral ceilings on the top floor. Lounge on the private balcony in the queen master bedroom on the mid-level. This level also offers a bedroom with pyramid bunk with semi-private bath (shared access with the hallway). The main entrance and washer/dryer for this townhome are on the bottom level.

Ocean Sands is located very close to the Currituck Club golf course, and is convenient to shopping and dining in the towns of Duck and Corolla. Within the community, you will have access to the community pool and tennis courts. Finally, the pristine beaches that Corolla is so well known for are only a short stroll away.

Non-Smoking. No Pets Allowed.

Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk. Sleeps 5. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
