2010 Community Pool Dates for The Currituck Club:
Pool at the main entrance will open 5/15/10 and close 10/10/10.
The north pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Magnolia Bay pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.

All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Located on the northern Outer Banks in The Currituck Club, Corolla. 28' x 14' private pool, hot tub. Currituck Club amenities including reduced greens fees & priority tee times.

Gourmet Kitchen with gas cooktop, 2 dishwashers, large pantry, double oven, reverse osmosis water system for kitchen and icemakers and 50" refrigerator. Foosball Table, Air Hockey, games, high chair & Pack-n-Play, 2 wet bars, 2 dishwashers, outside shower, decks, gas grill. 11 Rocking Chairs on porches.

'Mare By the Sea' is 5,000 sq. ft. of pure Southern Living Charm; from the large, deep metal-roofed, wrap around porch to the private deck accesses for the 5 master bedrooms. Two bedrooms with private, raised sitting areas. Ground floor has a bedroom with 2 double beds and bath, a large rec room with 60" HDTV, surround sound, a wet bar and a separate game area wtih Foosball & Air Hockey. There is a half bath convenient to the pool area and an outside shower. Only a step away is an elevator to help with all your luggage and groceries.

Middle level has a large owner's master bedroom with king bed and fireplace, glamour bath and raised sitting area. A dramatic 2 story great room with fireplace, 42' Plasma TV, powder room, wet bar, separate dining room, eating area off the kitchen (for 8), 5 barstools at the kitchen counter and a screened in porch to enjoy the sunsets or your morning coffee.

Third level includes 3 master bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen with sitting area). There is a separate den/study with a pull out sofa and computer desk. Shed dormers add an 'Outer Banks' touch. Top floor has 2 sitting areas; one at balcony above the great room and another a few steps up in the sunny Ship's Watch.

This house has 1600 square feet of decks and porches, a private pool, hot tub, Jenn Air gas grill, high chair and a Pack'n'Play. 'Mare By the Sea' is beautifully furnished and decorated, comfortable and welcoming. Make some vacation memories here.

Beds: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, Double Sleep Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

First Level: The entry way has a 1-1 1/2" lip through the garage doorway. The elevator goes to all floors. Two full size beds with handicap friendly bath. The master bedroom has a 34" french door to the outside pool area. Tiled bathroom with roll in shower with hand rails and seat. The toilet has a hand rail and there is an open area under the sink.

Mid Level: Hardwood flooring. 34" doorway to the screened in porch. Open and spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
