DescriptionThis beautiful brand new home was built in 2006. It is located in Corolla Light Resort on the ocean side, in the new area of Beacon Hill. Corolla Light amenities include community pools, an indoor pool and a sports center within walking distance as well as a trolley service and much more.
'Lucky Duck' also has a private pool (which is heated starting in early May through early June and again in early September till mid October), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. With views of the pristine Atlantic Ocean and of the sound, this home offers 4 master bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a recreational room that includes a pool table, a flat screen TV, a mini kitchen and a half bath shared with the pool deck on ground level.
This Corolla vacation home has something for everyone with 8 TVs, including a plasma TV in the great room and flat screen TVs in each bedroom. One VCR and 6 DVD players, a premium sound system as well as a Playstation, XBOX and WiFi throughout the house provide the best in modern technology.
'Lucky Duck' also offers a gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, a gas grill, a screened porch, a high chair and pack n' play, a baby gate, a baby travel swing, an ice maker, trash compactor and garbage disposal, 2 full size refrigerators as well as 1 bar size refrigerator and 2 microwaves.
You'll receive 12 armbands to the Corolla Light Amenities which include community pool, tennis and more. A shuttle service is available in the summer season to take you to the beach access which is approximately 2350 feet to the beach.

Beds: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 pyramid bunks. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
