'Joint Venture' is a perfect gathering place for family and friends. This home features a huge and open great room with a wood burning fireplace, a wonderful dining area with seating for 12 and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is an east facing sunroom and sun decks on three sides of the top level and the lower level has a large bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk sets broken down).

Private 12' x 24' gated saltwater pool. Whirlpool tub, screened sun porch with mini fridge. There are 2 master bedrooms. 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, Nintendo, stereo w/CD & tape. Carport swing, basketball goal, outdoor play set. Enclosed outdoor shower and changing area, charcoal grill. City Water. Approx. distance to beach is 820'.

'Joint Venture' features a saltwater pool. The water in a saltwater/saline pool feels softer and does not dry out your skin or burn your eyes like chlorine pools sometimes can. Saltwater pools use a chemical process to turn salt into chlorine and keep the chemical levels continually balanced.

Non-smoking. No pets. Parking for 4-5.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 8 Twins. All bed linens and bath towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
