'Isle of Skye' has been thoughtfully appointed and furnished for their guests comfort. Think of the amenities that would be at the top of your vacation "wish list" and then check out what this soundfront retreat has to offer...
First of all, you are in the popular and private Currituck Club, a gated community on the northern Outer Banks. The owners are members of the club which means you get reduced green fees and priority tee times at the Rees Jones designed golf course. There are community pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, trolley service and more. This is a "vacation destination" spot in Corolla and for good reason.
Guests also have access to the Pine Island Beach Club in Corolla which features an oceanfront pool, wading pool for the little ones, private access to an oceanfront beach, dune top deck and seating and showers, lockers, changing areas and more.
Close by are two grocery stores and some wonderful local restaurants as well as family owned shops and boutiques.
The floor plan at 'Isle of Skye' is perfect for one large family or two small ones... with 6 bedrooms including a private suite on the ground floor near the pool area. This home offers 4 Masters - all with King size beds!!
The private pool is 14' x 32' and is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October. The hot tub seats 4-6 and is located on the pool patio deck. There are outdoor speakers, too. A nice feature of this home is the kitchen being on the first floor only steps away from the pool, making it easy to keep the little ones fed and outside playing!
Inside there is something for everyone including a rec room with pool table, poker table, 62" Home Theater System with Surround Sound, DVD/CD and 4 recliners for movie viewing, a bar with refrigerator, wine cooler and a microwave. In the second family room there is a 50" Home Theater System with Bose Surround Sound. Guests can enjoy a free movie rentals package from Good Vibes Video. There is also a gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
Beds: 4 Kings (each with private bath), 2 Pyramid Bunks and 2 Twin beds. Relax, you are on vacation ... all the bed linens and towels (pillows too) are provided and the beds will be made before you check in. A starter set of paper products and soaps are also furnished.

Guests of CC313 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, a private access to the oceanfront beach, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards, parking and a retail shop.
2012 Pine Island Beach Club Pool Dates: Open from May 26 to September 30, 2012 - weather permitting.
Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm.

Everything was fantastic. This rental company was the best company I've ever dealt with, from the online reservation process all the way to the end when I called about a charger that was left behind. We did have a question about the heated pool and the pool guy was there quickly and gave us suggestions on how to make sure the pool is still heating. Wonderful Staff! We all slept great, all the beds were very comfortable. Thanks everyone for a great vacation!! -- Tamie Marshall

The home was fantastic - especially the kitchen... it was actually enjoyable to cook on vacation with a kitchen that had all of the amenities and then some. We LOVED our first time to OBX and look forward to returning. Also, the Currituck Club amentieis were fantastic, especially the trolley and beach valet! -- Ware
