Located in the tranquil and charming Magnolia Bay area of the Currituck Club this home has been well planned and well appointed. No need to leave except to go to the grocery store as this house has it all! Pool, hot tub, covered deck and so much more. Dog(s) always welcomed! 13' x 29' pool (heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October), hot tub (5-6 people). 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, 2 DVDS, book & video library, XBOX game system with games, foosball table; high-speed Internet access (please bring your own laptop computer); fax machine; port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, jogging stroller, 4 bikes, covered deck and porch, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, stereo, charcoal grill, dog crate, enclosed outside shower, beach chairs.

Non-Smoking. Pet Allowed (Dogs only please).

Beds: 1 King, 2 Twins, 2 Pyramid Bunks. Sleeps 10. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
