Whether unwinding in the private pool or relaxing in the hot tub, shooting pool, playing basketball, volleyball or practicing your two putts on the private putting green, this house offers something for every guest in your group. After a relaxing stay at 'Happy Childhood' you'll return year after year.
Parents love the fact that the beach access has the only life guard stand for a quarter mile in each direction. Private pool and hot tub, screened porch, putting green and easy beach access make for a perfect beach week. Keep in touch with wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer). Plenty of entertainment options with 6 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, stereo with CD, video/DVD library, books, games, Pool Table and a Sony Playstation. A port-a-crib and booster chair are provided. Outside amenities are many with lighted beach volleyball court, basketball goal, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, 2 adult size beach bikes and a gas grill. Approx. distance to beach is 450 yards. This home allows partial week or short stays!
Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Bunk set and 1 Pyramid Bunk (in same room), Futon (in the rec room). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday.
