Welcome to 'Falcon's Landing'! This fabulous 5 bedroom 4 ½ bath oceanside retreat in Corolla's Ocean Sands is just 285' from the beach and offers gorgeous unobstructed views of the ocean from the decks and living area!

This spacious 3,000 sqft cottage features a 13' x 29' private gated pool, 6-person hot tub, 2 master bedrooms and extras like 2 wet bars, a cappuccino/espresso machine, surround sound stereo system, speakers out by the pool, digital cable with HBO, and high-speed wireless Internet access. 'Falcon's Landing' is convenient to great area shopping, dining, attractions and activities.

Other amenities include: 5 TVs including 40" flat panel TV, 3 DVDs and 3 VCRs in all; a rec room with futon and foosball table, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, wet bar with small refrigerator and ice maker, VHS and book libraries, board games/puzzles, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, baby equipment including gates, port-a-crib, high chair, booster seat, and toys/games, answering machine; covered deck, sun deck and deck furniture; Weber charcoal grill, a fenced yard/dog run area, basketball hoop, fish cleaning station, 2 outdoor showers, professional landscaping, boogie boards; beach chairs, beach toys; and covered parking.

Non-Smoking. Dogs Allowed. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Futon. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
