What's New2010 Community Pool Dates for Villages at Ocean Hill: Open from May 22nd through September 26th, weather permitting.
DescriptionAn Outer Banks vacation home located in Lost Lake within the Villages at Ocean Hill in Corolla. 6 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths. Private Pool, Hot tub, Elevator. One bathroom is disability friendly with wider doorways.
Villages at Ocean Hill amenities including oceanfront & lakeside community pools, playground, tennis, basketball court (Fitness center available for additional fee), rec room with pool table, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator. Theater room with big screen TV, 9 TVs total. Gas fireplace available mid September through end of April. Decks, carport, enclosed outside showers, beach chairs, park grill.
Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Twin, 1 double. 5 Master bedrooms. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Disability Friendly Features:
** Elevator to all floors
** Mid-level Queen bedroom with 36" doors
** Attached bath with grab bars for commode and shower, roll-in shower with seat and handheld nozzle, roll under sink
** 36" door to theater room
