Enjoy walking to the Community tennis courts and swimming pools, ride bikes on the bike trail, take the FREE trolley to the beach, fitness center and clubhouse.

Great nearby shopping and wonderful restaurants - all within walking distance! This is a home for all seasons--so come often & experience the changing seasons on the Outer Banks.

Parking is available for 3-4 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed. Enclosed yard.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid bunk, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
