Outside everyone will enjoy the 14' x 30' private pool, hot tub, basketball goal, and screened porch and multiple decks overlooking the pool area. Inside the fun continues with billiards and foosball, a telescope, 7 TVs, 2 DVDs, 4 VCRs, video and book libraries, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), PlayStation II, puzzles and games, and 2 stereos including 1 with surround sound. Other amenities at 'Crystal View' include: 2 master bedrooms with deck access, a rec room, fireplace (wood burning; available mid September through the end of April), baby gates, port-a-crib, high chair, ceiling fans, hammock, beach chairs, outside shower, and charcoal grill.
Community amenities that guests of 'Crystal View' will enjoy include: access to The Villages at Ocean Hill oceanfront pool with parking and children's play area, lakeside pool, a stocked lake for fishing, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Also, guests can sign up for a weekly fitness center membership for an additional fee.

Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid w/ Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. New in 2009:
Every bedroom has brand new mattress pads, pillows, designer bedding and upgraded TV/cable. Every bathroom has new porcelain tile, new Kohler toilets, and new shower curtains.
All new flooring with hardwoods on the top level, new carpeting on the mid level and stairways, as well as new sisal/sea grass rugs throughout.
All new furnishings in the living area and in several bedrooms. New decor, accessories art work and lamps throughout entire home.
The kitchen has a new stainless dishwasher, 4 new cushioned bar stools, and all new supplies from silver ware and pots/pans to the toaster and bake ware.
The Ships Watch now has an office area with new secretary desk and WiFi access.
The home has been freshly painted inside and outside, including all railings, stairways and the fencing surrounding the pool. For even better views, substantial tree trimming has been done and several trees have been cleared.
Also new outside for guests enjoyment...new table and patio furniture on the top floor deck, a new hammock and new wicker furniture on the mid level deck, and new picnic table/benches in the screened porch.
Landscaping around house and pool, and new in-ground park grill installed next to pool. This new park grill is in addition to the gas grill that will be placed on third floor deck, with new patio table and furniture
- New lighting outside at front door, and new lighting and ceiling fan in great room
- New white sunbrella curtains at all sliding glass doors (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs in rooms that overlook lake)
- New basketball goal, dartboard and other games added.

June, 2009: The house was absolutely gorgeous! It had so many little exra's. For example the little welcome baskets in the bathrooms, extra garbage bags, plastic wrap, etc.
