You CAN have it all at the Craba-Cabana, the hottest spot north of Havana. Walk to the pristine beach in just three minutes, relax by the private pool and poolside hot-tub, walk to restaurants and shops, watch sports on the HDTV over the custom copper top bar, or chill with a fruity drink and enjoy ocean and lake views from the upper level and deck. If you are feeling energetic, play tennis, shoot some hoops, or take your furry friends down to the lake a few houses away. The kids will love it too - in addition to the surf, sand, and the private pool, they can check out the community pool, feed the turtles in the lake, ride their bikes on the quiet street and cul-de-sac, watch movies, or play foosball. Just in case you need to stay connected -- not to worry -- there is also wireless internet access.

Craba-Cabana's new owners are hard at work updating and preparing the house for your stay. We have all new bed linens, a brand new large sectional couch and other furnishings in the main living area, new wood laminate flooring in the top and middle living areas, and fresh new paint in many rooms. The ground floor rec room is newly redone with a custom built copper top bar, a flat screen HDTV with built-in DVD player and sound bar (with ipod dock), a new couch, and a stereo system with outdoor speakers on the pool/hot tub deck.

'Craba-Cabana' is an Outer Banks oceanside vacation home in Ocean Sands in Corolla. This pet-friendly rental is located only 500 feet from the beach!

Corolla is a true family vacation destination spot on the northern Outer Banks, offering many places to see, things to do and excellent shopping and great restaurants. Corolla's Food Lion shopping center and Tim Buck II shopping center are less than a mile's walk away, and they contain many great shops and restaurants. The Harris Teeter and entrance to the Currituck Club are also close - only a couple of miles south.

Amenities and Features at this OBX home include: a 10' x 20' Private Pool (not heated), Hot Tub, 4 Master Suites, 7 TVs, 3 VCRs, 4 DVD players, high speed wireless internet access (please bring your own laptop), free unlimited long distance in US, stereo w/CD and iPod dock, outdoor pool deck stereo, toys, games, wet bar, gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April, Foosball, Basketball Hoop, Pack'n'Play, high chair, baby gate, picnic table, two outside showers, charcoal grill, and smoker.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed - limit of 2 dogs please.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/Trundle, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We stayed in Craba-Cabana last year, and LOVED it. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for us - and the fact that 4 of the 6 bedrooms have their own bathrooms was a BIG plus for us. Pet friendly too, we felt very fortunate to get a house less than 500' from the ocean that welcomed our dogs too! We spent a lot of time on the beach, and it was great to be able to easily go back to the house when we needed to. And when we'd had enough of sand and surf, we'd move the party to the private pool at Craba Cabana! We loved this house so much that we've already rented it again for THIS year's OBX vacation!
