The owner of the property would like all of his guests to enjoy the benefit of golf membership by refunding any guests who golf the difference between the regular golf fee and the discounted golf rate. To receive the difference, contact either the owner or Village Realty and provide your receipt.
'Cottage on the Green' is located soundside in the prestigious Currituck Club community of Corolla. It is built to resemble an Old Nags Head Style home and is decorated with country antiques. The 2nd floor is an open plan with a separate sitting area or loft. Features include a 13'x30' private pool, sunken 6-person hot tub, screened porch, 5 Master Suites, 6 TVs including one 47" Flat Screen TV, 2 VCR/DVDs, 2 stereos with CD, high speed wireless internet access (please bring your own laptop) and a gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April.
The well equipped kitchen has an under counter refrigerator. The 5th bedroom or den has a microwave, sink, under counter refrigerator, TV, DVD, and Stereo. Other amenities include videos, books & games, gas grill, high chair, baby gate, enclosed outside shower, screened porch, Culligan water system and golf discounts at The Currituck Club. Other amenities at The Currituck Club include five community pools, tennis courts, gated access, trolley service during the summer months and more. This is one of the most popular "vacation destination" spots on the northern Outer Banks.
'Cottage on the Green' has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted. The large circular driveway has extra parking. *Please note that the garages are not available for guests.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. The Currituck Club Pools at the main and north entrances will be open from May 19- through October 8, 2012
All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
Owner resides locally helping to assure excellent condition & cleanliness to your cottage. Owner also provides his personal cell phone number to insure that their rental guests may have any issues resolved quickly (supporting efforts of the Village Rental Management team)
