Sit on the deck and appreciate Outer Banks nature...take in the fresh air and gentle breezes. This property borders the Natural Wildlife Reserve which lends to a tranquil setting. Access to a nature trail which leads out to the sound located just up the road! Just a short walk to the beach and sound as well as to community amenities including Basketball and Tennis courts, playground and 2 pools one of which is oceanfront! Fitness Center available for a fee.
Property amenities include 10 TVs, 8 DVDs, 1 Blu-Ray, DVD library, XBox, stereo w/CD, surround system, book library, free unlimited domestic long distance, board games, puzzles, beach chairs and boogie boards.
Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We have vacationed in the outerbanks for four years, the weather was not too great this time so we were forced to spend time in the house. The house was amazing and we would recommend it to everyone .

I absolutely loved this property! This is our 8th year at the Outer Banks and it was the greatest year by far ... the house was great! This rental was perfect for my family with having a Grandson in a wheelchair . In addition the house was perfectly outfitted for a large family rain or shine all the way down to the beach acceseries. The price was fair . I would rent this property again.
