DescriptionThis soundfront retreat has been used as a private vacation home by owners until now and is in "Like New" condition. Very well appointed with upscale tile, carpeting, furnishings and amenities.
You will have wonderful views of the Currituck Sound from the wrap around decks.
This home is disability friendly as follows: the ground level king bedroom has a handicap friendly bath that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. The bath has a high sink/countertop, a roll in shower and rails around the toilet. There is an elevator that goes to all floors.
The other 3 bedrooms have a private bath attached.
Modern electronics include flat screen TVs, an intercom system througout the home and wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer).
Community amenities: tennis court access, basketball courts, lakeside pool, oceanside pool with parking and children's play area. You may also sign up for a weekly fitness center membership (additional fee).
Bed linens and towels are provided and beds are made prior to check in. Bed sizes: 3 Kings, 1 Queen. This home has a no pets, no smoking policy.
