Bird lovers will appreciate the beautiful front yard design at 'Borders on the Bay' with a nice bench and many other welcoming features where feathered friends can perch.
Walk to the community tennis courts and pool, ride bikes, stroll to the nearby beach with your dog, or take the trolley to the beach, fitness center or clubhouse. Great shops and restaurants are all within walking distance of this lovely home on a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful Currituck Club. You are also entitled to golf discounts and priority tee times with advance reservations at the prestigious Currituck Club golf course. First class all the way.
11' X 21' private pool, whirlpool tub, 2 master suites. 5 TVs, 5 VCRs, 1 DVD, surround sound system, video library with 100 movies, CD collection, high-speed Internet access (Please bring your own laptop computer), answering machine, LeBleu purifed water system, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, Weber gas grill, glider, ping pong table, foosball, baby gate, high-chair, outside shower, beach chairs, bikes, furnished covered verandas and sun decks, rockers on lower veranda, wicker furniture and bistro on upper veranda, safety gates on all decks leading to pool or yard.
Parking for 6 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed (Dogs Only, No cats please, Owners are highly allergic!).
Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Someday we hope to own a home here ourselves adn I can only dream that we will be able to make it even close to as lovely as yours! We also appreciate the Sunday arrival, as we missed most of the traffic.

Thank you so much for helping to make our vacation a success. We hunted online for a house to satisy all --you delivered! As we stepped through the front door our eyes lit up at the beauty and serenity of your home.
Needless to say the pool was big hit - even having a volleyball game with much laughter and splashing.
My daughter in law and I kept remarking how much time and care went into making your beach house comfortable, easy to live in and so much like "home".

You have achieved your goal in providing a well equipped and inviting home. It feels so comfortable as soon as you enter. You have given attention to detail right down to the porch furniture . We thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of the cul de sac and the beauty of the sound. We have been staying in the Currituck Club since 2003 and always rented on Hunt Club. Magnolia Bay is a much more enjoyable location.
We appreciated all of the porches having gates. It gives so much security as does the baby gate. We are glad you chose to share your home. It is a great house. --

The home had the charm of the beach
Which was always in our reach
It was open and spacious and white
And let in the glorious light
The pelicans of this land
Surrounded us so grand
The shells of every type
Were even found in the lights
The flowery rooms for rest
Gave an inviting call to nest
A room full of lighthouse decor
For the young made quite an allure
From the porches and the decks,
The breezes caressed our necks
When sweat was dripping down
A refreshing pool was found
We toured on bikes all around
To view the sights and the sounds

Thank you for creating a home that makes us feel like being part of your family. This was our fifth year in the OBX and while it always feels like 'home' when we arrive, your home brought that feeling to a new level for our family. Your house has everything we needed and more. You have done a beautiful job decorating and making it feel like home. We appreciate the special touches in your home. We can't think of one thing to suggest to improve it!
