The hot tub will seat 6 comfortably and the entire family will enjoy the Karaoke machine. For family picnics there is a screened porch and you have ocean and sound views from the upper level. 10' x 25' private pool. 7 TVs, 5 DVD/VCR combos, stereo w/CD, Playstation II, Internet access (please bring your laptop computer). All bedrooms have private deck access. The gas fireplace is available mid September through end of April. Karaoke machine, games, books, toys, movies. Baby equipment including Exersaucer, port-a-crib, high chair and baby gate. Volleyball net, horseshoes, park grill, screened porch w/picnic table, enclosed outside shower.

Beds: 1 King with Memory Foam mattress, 2 Queen beds with pillowtop mattresses and bedding, 3 Twin beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Queen Sleep Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
