10' x 25' pool. 7 TVs, 5 DVD/VCR combos, stereo w/CD, Playstation II, Internet access (please bring your laptop computer). All bedrooms have private deck access. The gas fireplace available mid September through end of April. Karaoke machine, games, books, toys, movies. Baby equipment including Exersaucer, port-a-crib, high chair and baby gate. Volleyball net, horseshoes, park grill, screened porch w/picnic table, enclosed outside shower. Great ocean and sound views from the upper level. Approx. distance to beach is 950'.
No Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 3 Queen beds with new pillowtop mattresses and bedding, 3 Twin beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Queen Sleep Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
