The Bala plant is associated with the ancient Hindu Goddess of beauty and grace Parvathi. Bala Bungalow is associated with rest, relaxation and a restorative vacation on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

This six bedroom vacation home is located in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla, on the northern beaches. Ocean Sands is known for being very laid back and family friendly. You will be close to area attractions including the Corolla Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club and perhaps most famous of all ... the Corolla Wild Horses. The beaches are wide and clean and once you visit Corolla you will want to come back. We promise.

Let's get down to the facts about Bala Bungalow

Six bedrooms. five full baths and one half bath. Three of the bedrooms are masters (private bath attached). Don't worry about bringing linens and towels, they are provided for you. The beds are made before you check in ...you can begin your vacation right away. Beds: 3 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 pyramid bunk, 1 queen sleeper sofa.

Private, heated pool and hot tub. The pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October.

The rec room features a pool table for those friendly tournaments. Wireless internet is available for no additional charge so don't forget to bring your laptop pc. A crib and a high chair are provided.

This home does not permit pets and there is a no smoking policy. Saturday check in day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The house, I must note, was decorated beautifully, and I loved how close it was to the beach. We really appreciated the information on local celebrations that July 4th weekend.
