Location, location, location ... this home is conveniently located right off the main entrance to the Currituck Club so that you or your kids can walk to Harris Teeter or the Ice Cream store. The community fitness center and is also an easy walk away. The backyard gives you views of the 9th green for some relaxing and entertaining views as you enjoy your afternoon glass of tea or wine.

13' x 30' Heated private pool and hot tub, 2 soaking tubs. High speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), 2 Master suites, 7 TVs including 1 in High-definition with HD channels plus premium movie channels, 6 DVDs, stereo w/CD & surround sound, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. The garage has been converted to a rec room. The climate controlled rec room includes the ping pong table, game table/bumper pool, TV and DVD. 'At The Turn' also offers a DVD library, baby gate, Pack-n-Play, high chair, books & games, beach toys, gas grill and an enclosed outside shower.

Amenities at the Currituck Club include several community pools, tennis courts, trolley service to the beach during the summer, gated access and more.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, Bunk Set, Pyramid Bunk. Parking 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Corolla vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 877-546-5362 for rates and other details

New for 2010 - Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of CC159 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, a private access to the oceanfront beach, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards, parking and a retail shop.

2012 Pine Island Beach Club Pool Dates: Open from May 26 to September 30, 2012 - weather permitting.
Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm.
