All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Professionally decorated and well appointed;this brand new in 2005 home has it all. The owners have thought of everything to make your OBX beach vacation fun and memorable. Custom tile work throughout the house means that your 4-legged friend can accompany you to the beach and you won't have to worry. A gourmet eat-in kitchen with seating for 4-6 at the breakfast bar and seating for 10 at the dining table makes this home a PERFECT place to enjoy the holidays with your extended family...everyone can eat together in the same room! In the morning, grab your laptop and your cup of coffee and head for the covered 'coffee deck' off of the breakfast room; turn on the ceiling fan and enjoy the view while you surf the web. An outdoor staircase connects all three levels so you can transition from one deck to another without going inside. Lots of privacy and quiet in the backyard due to natural vegetation and a large lot size.
The owners are both members of the military (he is in the Army and she is in the Navy) and support all members of the military.
