Enjoy spectacular, huge, wide open ocean views over acres of undisturbed dunes and a flourishing maritme forest. Awe-inspiring views from the entire great room and deck. Take a short direct stroll to the beach on the tree shaded walkway through natural area. Privacy abounds at this large, luxurious home located in a cul-de-sac with forest cradling the private pool and hot tub (for 6 people). It is just around the corner to the community tennis courts and a bass fishing lake. Approx. distance to beach is 960 feet.

12' x 28' private pool and hot tub. Located in a cul-de-sac in Ocean Sands, 'Almost Heaven' features 2 master bedrooms with whirpool tubs, 7 TVs, including an HDTV in the main living area, 3 VCRs, 2 DVDs, expanded DVD library, stereo with CD, high-speed Internet access and 2 gas fireplaces available mid September through the end of April. There is more... 3 levels of decks, a rec room with pool table, wet bar, books, games, puzzles, ceiling fans. High chair, pack'n'play, picnic table, gas grill, charcoal grill & built in table next to grill, outdoor furniture, basketball net, fish cleaning table.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed.

Beds: 1 King, 4 Queens, 2 Bunksets, 1 Pyramid bunk with trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for allowing my family the opportunity to share your wonderful home. As with all beach rentals, we wondered in the approaching weeks if the rental would really come as advertised. From the moment we stepped inside we were impressed! The house was very clean, and in great shape. The pool and hot tube were a hit amoung the children, and its a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed many mornings, and evenings watching the deer in the vacant lot next door. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Again thank you for sharing your house with my family, and four legged friend. Next year we will not be vacationing as a family since we will have a 6 month old next July, however; we hope to return and again rent your home the following year.
