12' x 24' private pool, game room with pool table and full futon. There are 3 master bedrooms, 5 TVs, 2 VCRs, 3 DVDs, video & DVD library. A gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. Charcoal grill, enclosed outside shower, covered decks & sun decks, 2 carports, picnic table. There is also an extra large size dog crate available for your use while here. The pool area is enclosed and away from house for child safety. 2 strollers, children's toys, books, baby gates & bedrails, port-a-crib, high chair. Computer with high speed & wireless Internet access. Easy walk to beach on roadway. Approx. distance to beach is 1500 ft.
Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed.
Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunksets, 2 Twins, Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We have stayed at Agua Azul for three nows and it has been a wonderful place for the family. The owners have anticipated the needs of adults and children and have provided a lovely, soothingly decorated"home away from home". Again, we had a wonderful vacation and hated to leave. Thank You! --
