lThis nicely maintained and affordable home in Ocean Sands is family-friendly, comfortable and even dog-friendly. Shops and restaurants are near by and the beach is a short walk away. This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which lessens your worries of ongoing traffic. The kids will love the pool!

12' x 25' private pool. 2 Master bedroom, 7 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, pool table, screened porch. A gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. Whirlpool tub, high-speed wireless Internet access, stereo, decks, charcoal grill, outdoor shower. Approximate distance to beach is 1100 feet.

Non-Smoking. Pet friendly (dogs only; please no cats).

Beds: 3 Queens, 2 Twins, 2 Bunksets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
