This lovely and spacious, custom-built home is nestled among the live oaks along the 16th fairway that stretches along the Currituck Sound. Everyone will find a niche here whether it's for reading in the hammock, sunning by the pool or just having fun. This spacious and well-equippped Currituck Club home offers 5 bedrooms (including three with private baths), a large private pool and hot tub with expansive pool deck and outdoor living area, and a game room with foosball and pool table. The large great room with vaulted cieling offers a 42" plasma TV. The nearby dining area has space for 10, plus an additional 4 at the kitchen's raised bar. The glassed-in sun room offers space for a quick getaway with comfortable furnishings for watching TV or reading, plus a small dining table for 4.
The lower-level game room has a roomy sectional couch and TV for the kids movie night, while the den is the perfect place for adults to gather with a flat-screen tv, freestanding bar with barstools and access to the pool. The outdoor living area offers a shady space to relax while the kids are in the pool, or watch over tonight's dinner on the gas grill.
With a License to Chill, you aren't limited to the amenities of just the Currituck Club; you also have access to the Pine Island Beach Club including oceanfront pool with parking, a shallow wading pool for children, dune-top deck, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards and even a retail shop. Of course the Currituck Club's amenities include trolley service to the beach, community pools, tennis and priorty tee times at the Rees Jones-designed golf course.
We want you to relax and enjoy your vacation, so we include all sorts of useful and family-friendly amenities such as port-a-crib, baby gate, bikes, bike pull-along Kiddie Kart, beach chairs, books, games, and a Nintendo 64. The pool also has an available pool alarm.
Wireless internet access (please bring your computer), 2-car garage, parking for 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.
Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk Sets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of CC258 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, a private access to the oceanfront beach, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards, parking and a retail shop.

These rates are for individuals renting a Currituck Club Golf Member's home or guests of Members that are not accompanied by a Member. All rates subject to change without notice. All rates include cart, green fee and taxes.
All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
