Located on a slender stretch of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound, Corolla Light offers guests a quality of life unequaled by any other on the Outer Banks. Voted 2005 North Carolina resort of the year, Corolla Light offers a wide range of amenities.

The Oceanfront Clubhouse has three oceanfront pools, lighted basketball and shuffleboard courts, a game room and a playground. Enjoy the indoor sports center, generously equipped with an eight lane lap pool, two racquetball courts, two indoor clay tennis courts (with a nominal charge), aerobic room, game room, 12 person spa, locker rooms with saunas as well as fitness rooms. If all this is not enough, you will find eight outdoor tennis courts, pedestrian and bike paths, a soundside swimming pool and picnic area, as well as a soundfront pier. Tennis lessons and clinics are available.

You’ll never get bored as they offer planned children, teen and adult activities available during the summer along with a community trolley to take guests wherever they need within the community.

All homes are members of Corolla Light Association and participation to amenities is based on number of armbands issued by CLA per week/per home. Typically 12 armbands are issued by Corolla Light Association although smaller homes and Lighthouse Villas and Mirage Condos will be issued less; typically 8 armbands for these properties.

• Trolley transportation is available during the summer. Trolley Transportation Service usually begins in late May with limited service and will increase as the season demands. Hours of operation will be posted on the trolleys. Service will end for the season at the beginning of September. Trolleys usually run every 20-30 minutes in season, however traffic can affect this schedule.

2012 Season Opening Dates:

• All oceanfront pools will be open from May 26 – October 5
• The soundside pool will be open from May 26 – August 25
• Trolleys will begin limited service on May 26 and increase as the season demands
• Trolley service ends on August 31
• The Ocean Front Grille will be open from March 31 – April 14 and May 26 –TBD
• Scheduled activities will take place from May 28 – August 31

Corolla Light Rules and Regulations
(as set forth by the Corolla Light Property Owners Association)

The Corolla Light Property Owners Association welcomes you to Corolla Light. We hope you have a memorable visit. To make your stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible, please keep the following in mind.

1. The use of Corolla Light amenities is reserved strictly for guests and
   owners. A Corolla Light wristband is required for access to all amenities.
2. Please wear your CL wristband at all times on the resort in order to obtain access to all amenities and common areas. Guests not wearing
   wristbands will be asked to return to the rental home to obtain them.
3. Please keep parking pass visible in vehicle at all times. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Parking on grass or street is not permitted.
4. Segways, gas and electric scooters and similar personal vehicles are not permitted on Corolla Light sidewalks or streets.
5. Trailers, boats and campers may not be stored at the rental home unless they fit fully under the home.
6. Towels, swimsuits and other articles may not be draped over balconies or railings.
7. Tennis Court: Reservations are required and may be made by calling the Sports Center at 252-453-4565. The fee for indoor courts is $10 per hour (subject to change).
8. All fireworks, including sparklers and fire crackers, are forbidden by
   a strictly enforced Currituck County ordinance. Any person who violates
   this ordinance will be held liable for damages incurred.
9. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on pool decks. Please clean up after your pets.

Trash Information
Please pull your trash cans to the street the night before trash pick up, a Corolla Light employee will return the trash cans to the proper place after pick up.

Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf rates at The Pointe Golf Club and The Carolina Club!

Golf Tournament
Owners and guests are invited to participate in a 9-Hole 4 Person Scramble every Thursday from mid-June to Labor Day at The Currituck Club.
