Before you is a tool that will help make your Outer Banks vacation a better one. How? It's called an "online vacation companion." It will help narrow vacation property choices and will make sure you and every member of your vacation party has a personalized brochure either on the internet or in hand.

This year we have done away with our printed rental brochure, but not until we spent a lot of time investigating how people book their Outer Banks vacations. What we found is that a rental brochure with a limited number of photos and information was out of date. It was time for a change. People only want to see the five to eight homes that are available the week they are planning to vacation; that that the amenities they need; and the number of bedrooms needed to accommodate everyone in their party. You need information personalized to your vacation and that is what we set about delivering.

Our "online vacation companion" is new. It is not the traditional rental brochure -- but then, research showed that not many people actually used it. We are taking our commitment to personalized service up another notch -- by providing every Village Realty vacationer with a better, more comprehensive way to plan a vacation. All of our reservationists are available 9am to 5pm EST, seven days a week. Our rental staff is here to help with your vacation planning and to work with you to find just the right property.
