Sarah Spencer hails originally from Richmond, Virginia. While attending college at James Madison University, she spent summers on the Outer Banks. Longing for the beach, she and her husband returned for good in 1997. Sarah's fondness of real estate and home building started at an early age. Her father was a custom builder back in her hometown of Richmond. Sarah can remember tagging along on walk-throughs and helping with punch lists since the age of nine.
Over the past 13 years, Sarah has distinguished herself as sales leader on the Northern Outer Banks. Since 2006, Sarah sold more property in Corolla than any other agent and has been in the top 1% of all sales agents in Duck and Corolla. :
