Sarah Spencer hails originally from Richmond, Virginia. While attending college at James Madison University, she spent summers on the Outer Banks. Longing for the beach, she and her husband returned for good in 1997. Sarah's fondness of real estate and home building started at an early age. Her father is a custom builder back in her hometown of Richmond. Sarah can remember tagging along to walk-throughs and helping with punch lists since the age of nine.
