Signature Chefs Auction

The Signature Chefs Auction is an annual fundraiser held in the fall in the Outer Banks to benefit the March of Dimes. At this event, guests enjoy the fine offerings of a variety of leading Outer Banks chefs, all while helping to raise money for the March of Dimes.
Chefs at this fundraising event compete to assemble their finest offerings for all in attendance to enjoy. Event attendees also enjoy the silent auction and live auction. Tickets for the event are available at a number of Outer Banks area businesses. Awards given to winning chefs include Best Dish, Dish of Outer Banks, Most Outstanding Presentation, Best Dessert, and Best Decorated Booth / Most Creative Theme.
The March of Dimes is a national non-profit organization with a mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality. The March of Dimes, founded in 1938, funds a variety of programs in research, education, advocacy and community services. Their most recent campaign has been to address the increasing rate of premature birth, which is the number one killer of newborns.
